Orders are accepted from 9.00 to 00.00 on weekdays and from 10.00 to 18.00 on weekends. Making orders on the site - around the clock.
1. When making a purchase, specify the most convenient way for you to deliver the goods:
- Pickup:
You can pick up the goods in person in our showroom at O. Gonchar street 52.
- By courier in Kiev (free):
The courier will deliver the order to the address specified by you and you will be able to pay it immediately. Delivery is carried out on the day of the order or the next. The cost of delivery in Kiev - FREE!
- Delivery to the Nova Poshta office (at the rate of the delivery service).
- Address delivery by courier "Nova Poshta" (at the rate of delivery service).
Delivery to major cities of Ukraine is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta". Thus, you can either receive your order at the representative office of the company (ibid. And pay for it), or the courier will deliver it to you at the address convenient for you and you will pay him the cost of the order. All expenses for the delivery of the transport company "Nova Poshta" are paid by the buyer at the rate of delivery service
In other countries, we provide delivery subject to 100% prepayment. When ordering, be sure to specify the contact email address.
2. Then choose a convenient payment method for you:
- Payment upon receipt
- Payment by card (Liqpay)
Payment for goods:
- Prepay. A prepaid account can be requested from the manager, or you can pay for the goods by prepaid via LiQPAY on our website. Orders begin to collect immediately after payment.
- Cash on delivery. You pay for the order upon receipt of the parcel (commission for transfer of the amount of cash on delivery of 2% + 20 hryvnia for making a transfer (fee "Nova Poshta", paid by the buyer);
- Cash payment to the courier upon receipt.
Return goods of good quality:
1. The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before receiving it.
2. The consumer has the right (according to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights"):
- Return the goods of good quality after receipt, within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase;
- Within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, replace the goods of good quality with a similar one, if the goods did not fit in shape, size, style, color, or cannot be used for their intended purpose;
- Return the goods if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory packaging, and a document confirming the fact and conditions for the purchase of the specified goods (check) are preserved.
3. The following goods are not subject to exchange and return (according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172): personal hygiene items, medicines, underwear, hosiery, feather-down products, children's soft and rubber inflatable toys, goods for newborns (diapers, bottles, nipples), audio, video tapes, precious metals, discs for laser reading systems with recording, etc.
4. When returning money, settlements with the consumer are carried out on the basis of the value of the goods at the time of purchase.
Money is refunded no later than within 7 business days.
If at the time of the exchange of a similar product is not for sale, the consumer has the right to either purchase any other goods, or receive money back in the amount of the value of the returned goods, or change the product to the same at the first receipt of the relevant product for sale.
5. Return of goods is carried out only in our office.
To return the goods, the client is obliged to come to our office at the address of O. Gonchar street 52. You need to have a passport with you, a check and write a statement about the return of the goods.
Refusal to return goods:
You will be denied a replacement or refund if:
- more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of goods that have no significant shortcomings;
- the product has no significant drawbacks, is not new, that is, was in use; there is a broken, scratched etc .;
- when checking the quality of the goods, signs of extraneous interference (opening, attempting to repair) or other conditions of warranty service were violated;
- there is no document confirming the fact of purchase of the goods, or a warranty card, full equipment of the goods;
- the packaging of the goods is damaged or torn, no labels and checks;
- goods were made to order;
- old books, paintings, prints, maps, antiques, icons are not returned.
ATTENTION! WE ACCEPT THE BACK OF THE PRODUCT ONLY IN SUCH THE KIND OF WHICH IT WAS DELIVERED TO YOU. DO NOT CARRY FORWARD TO US AT THE OFFICE OF THE GOODS WITH DAMAGES OF THE MOST GOODS OR PACKAGING, NO PARTS OR LABELS, WE WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK.
Exchange of goods of good quality:
When exchanging the purchased goods for goods with a different name, you must return the purchase to our office (see return terms above) and issue a new one. Payment for the returned goods will be issued within 7 days, you can make a new purchase before (at your own expense) or after this period.
