As a rule, the expression "great art" is associated with painting, monumental architecture, literature, cinema or theater. But this artist proved that even an ordinary plate can be an object of high artistic value. It's all about the skill and creative inspiration of a person who turns everyday objects into masterpieces that collectors fight for and consider it an honor to exhibit in their museums.
Zenovy Petrovych Flinta was born in 1945 in the village of Toky in the Ternopil region. There he graduated from school and moved to Lviv to study art. By 1965, Zenoviy Petrovych graduated from it and rose from the student bench to the teaching department. He did this at the same Lviv School of Applied and Decorative Arts, where he studied. By the way, one of Zenoviy Flint's teachers was the famous Ukrainian artist Roman Selsky - a very important figure for the Ukrainian school of painting. Over time, the artist's name became so famous that he began to be allowed to participate in local biennials in Italy and France. Unfortunately, a serious illness took the outstanding artist away prematurely. And in 1988 he was buried at the famous Lychakiv Cemetery along with other great Ukrainians.

Flint became famous as a great experimenter who was not afraid to deviate from the canons of mainstream socialist realism at the time. But he did it so subtly and gracefully that he was not only allowed to participate in exhibitions abroad, but also exhibited in Moscow. The style of the artist Zenoviy Flint is characterized by the subtle use of various combinations of colors, the simultaneous restraint and expressiveness of his paintings. He was inspired by open spaces, nature, especially fields, as in this painting "Sunflowers" from 1970, as well as forest landscapes. But the artist's focus of attention also included the everyday life of a person (the painting "Heat" from 1978) and his collision with nature (the painting "Fishing Nets", 1976).
