The Pasotti workshop is one of four in all of Europe that produce umbrellas by hand. The production itself is concentrated in Castelluccio (Italy), but despite this, Pasotti umbrellas can be found anywhere in the world: the USA, Japan, Dubai, Mexico, Kuwait, Vietnam, Haiti ... and, of course, in Europe. However, given this geography of sales, production volumes cannot boast of batches of millions of pieces. After all, only selected connoisseurs of luxury can become Pasotti clients, only those for whom an umbrella is an element of everyday culture, an element of style, a kind of symbol.

Pasotti parasols are made of natural wood, expensive fabric, their handles are made of silver, decorated with hand carvings and mother of pearl, this is what makes our products incredibly attractive and luxurious. One of our regular customers is pop diva Hilary Duff, we make new models especially for her every three months. The well-known socialite Jennifer Lopez also prefers Pasotti products, for example, the cane for the clip "On the floor" was made by us. The history of the Pasotti company is very unusual. "The company entered the market in 1956", - says the owner, Eva Giacomini - "and it was founded by my mother, Ernesta Pasotti, who started producing" one-of-a-kind "umbrellas. At the very beginning, my mother simply sold them. And then, after marrying my father, Vittorio Giacomini, who took responsibility for growth and sales, the company developed from a small artisanal company to a large and serious company with more than a hundred employees. Unfortunately, due to competitors from Asia, today we do not have the opportunity to develop such production on an industrial scale, for this reason we reduced production volumes and focused only on the production of products in limited quantities. But still, we have and continue to grow a huge collection of products, styles and ideas - all this is the result of the imagination and creative approach, first of all, of my parents, and now also of my husband, Mauro Begotti. We produce about 30,000 umbrellas a year: these are very high quality products, they are sold in the most prestigious boutiques in 55 countries of the world. It is important to note the trend of e-commerce, which is the main factor in the growth of foreign markets. It is e-commerce that contributes to the accessibility of this exclusive, authentic, high-quality Italian brand, while large competing companies are able to offer poor quality samples at the lowest prices almost every day.
